Payment FAQ

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide array of online payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal and Amazon Payments.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipping to a Washington State address will be charged state and local sales tax during checkout. Canadian customers may be assessed GST/HST and PST at time of delivery.

How long before I receive a refund on my returned item?
Once we process and request the credit from your payment processor, it can be up to a week before the credit will be reflected on your account.
