We want you to be happy with your purchase. To that end, we have established a refund policy that we hope you will agree is fair and reasonable, given that we offer personal-use items.Items will be accepted for return if all the following conditions are met:
- The item is completely unused and is in new condition
- Brushes: All packaging and accessories are included and undamaged
- Combs: Package is unopened
- You contact us within 60 days of delivery
- You have received a return authorization and the authorization number is indicated on the return parcel
Should our inspection of the returned item(s) determine that any of the above conditions has not been met, no refund will be issued and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
If we provided free shipping for the item(s) returned, the refund will be reduced by our shipping cost, not more than $5.50 per item. For partial returns, the recovered shipping cost will be prorated.
The cost of returning the item to us is assumed by the customer. If we provide a postpaid return label, the refund will be reduced by its cost, not to exceed $5.50 per item.
